Equipe Rapide SCC Challenge Cup #3 - Pennington Field, Bedford, TX. April 26, 2009 Fun event and fun course. Weather was so-so, it was overcast all day and it rained for a little while in the 2nd heat. It was fun watching the cars negotiate the wet conditions. Andy's roaster ran great and we got all our runs it. I couldn't manage a clean runs in the regular runs, so Andy got me by a country mile, but I did just eek past him in the PAX. I think the reason was because he had a bit of fun on his final PAX run. Here is a still I extracted from a video I was making of the run. Here is the video I created and posted on YouTube. The video is of 2 runs, the fun is on the 2nd run, make sure to watch in HQ. There are 457 pictures, they aren't very good. I was trying something in the overcast lighting conditions and the camera out smarted me. I had the F-Stop too high and the camera set the ISO to 1600, result is grainy pictures.
